Frequently asked questions

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel is included for locations within 100km of Russell, Ontario. For anything beyond that, a small fuel fee will be added to help cover the additional distance. If your sessions is out of the province or country, I am absolutely happy to travel - we'll just chat about travel and accommodation details during your inquiry so everything is clear and comfortable for both of us.

Do you require a deposit or a retainer when booking a session?

Yes, I do require a retainer at the time of booking. This retainer secures your date on my calendar and ensures that your session time is reserved just for you. Because I often turn away other inquiries once a date is booked, the retainer helps protect that time in the event of cancellations or changes. The remaining balance isn't due until closer to your session, and I am always here to help if you need flexibility or have questions.

Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?

Absolutely! All of my packages can be customized to fit your needs or day. Every situation is unique, so I always encourage clients to reach out with an inquiry so we can chat about what is needed, what matters most to you and how I can tailor a package that fits your vision.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Final photos differ for each session. Mini Sessions will be 2-4 weeks before final photos are completed.  Smaller packages are within 4-6 weeks after the session was completed and wedding sessions are between 2-3 months before the gallery is completed.
